저는 사실 누군가에게 털어놓은게 어려워 맘으로 정리하다 갈수록 더 마음의 병이 생겼는데요 사실 처음엔 누군가에게 털어놓고 싶었어요 그치만 그게 두려워서 일기를 쓰기로 했어요 그래서 전 스토어 뜨는 앱을 설치했어요 그게 바로 복기라는 앱입니다 저는 정말 이 앱 제작자 분들깨 정말 감사인사 그리고 싶어요 캐릭터도 너무 귀엽고 진짜 제 인생앱 같아요 정말 감사합니다 일기를 쓸수록 마음도 그리고 그림체도 넘 귀엽고요 진짜 감사해요 힐링이 너무 됩니다 정말 제 은인이세요 덕분에 요즘 다시 해맑게 지내고있습니다 정말 감사합니다!!❤️ 제작자 님들 행복한 일들만 가득하길!,🍀🍀

일기 앱 여러개 비교해봤는데 복기가 제일 좋은 것 같아요!
디자인도 귀엽고 아이콘도 다양하고 폰트 바꿀 수 있는거랑 챌린지 설정도 너무 좋아요!! 다만 제가 폰을 자주 잃어버리는데.... 이건 백업을 습관화하는 수밖에 없나요?? 로그인같은게 됐으면 좋겠어요ㅠㅠ 로그인 시스템 있었으면 너무 좋겠고..... 그 이외에는 솔직히 완벽해요 이 비슷한 앱들 많은 걸로 아는데 그 중 복기가 제일 편하고 다양한 용도로 쓸 수 있습니다!
페이스 아이디 잠금 해제 못하나요..?..
앱 너무 좋아서 시작한지 얼마 안됐는데 잠금기능 페이스아이디 몇번 실패하니까 더이상 시도가 안되네요,, 백업을 해두지 않은 상태인데 복구 어려울까요,, 얼굴인식 여러번 실패하면 안되는줄 몰랐어요ㅠㅠ 들어가지지도 않아요 삭제후 재설치 하는 방법밖에 없나요? 그러면 기록한 일기도 다 사라지겠죠 ..ㅜㅜ
7개월 간 복기를 사용하며 느낀 점
처음엔 스마트폰에 일기장을 쓰고싶어 깔았던 어플이었습니다. 그리고 쭉 그렇게 일기장으로 사용했습니다. 근데 쓰다보니 항상 그냥 지나쳤었던 식습관이나 운동을 체크 하는 항목을 보게 되었습니다. 그래서 이것을 기록하며 지냈는데 큰 변화를 겪었습니다. 변화는 다음과 같습니다. 첫번째는 단순히 항목을 체크하고 싶다는 생각으로 일상을 보내며 자연스럽게 의식하며 그 일을 하게되었습니다. 두번째는 반성을 할 수 있었습니다. 하루를 다 끝내고 복기에 접속하여 항목을 체크 할 때 몸에 안 좋은 음식을 먹었거나 원래 청소를 해야하는데 하지않아 체크를 못 할때면 내가 지키지 않았던 하루를 반성 했습니다. 이 어플을 7개월을 쓰고나니 저의 식습관이나 마음에 대해 깊이 깨닫는 어플이었던 것 같습니다. 이 어플은 정말 추천 합니다.
