Nothing I tried worked to restore it. I contacted Support and was told that it should be restored by following the steps provided. Those steps did NOT work. I was then provided another way. It did NOT work. I now have to sort through much paperwork in order to restore ALL of my information for the past 8 years. I do not know WHY or HOW my information disappeared.
