I’m so glad for this Apple app. I think it’s so far the best Apple has ever come up with. I love that you have more than 50 books free to read and how easy it is to download your own books for free on the web and that it automatically said to the Books app. I love the options to change your reading layout. I love it variety and how easy it is to adapt it to your comfort, I would definitely recommend it if you haven't checked it out. Check it now. 10 out of 10.

Why do I have to redownload my books everyday? Why is there no option to turn this “feature” off? I love this reading app but I expect reading to be an OFFLINE activity. I can’t always have wifi to access my books! Please fix this Apple :(

So far so good, but I just started reading in this app in early 2024 so comparing my experiences to other reviews, I could tell that the earlier versions were better and have more things available to users, so I hope I get to experience those as well.

For highlights, might I suggest adding more colors (or choosing our own color/gradient ourselves); I do hope we could also leave reviews after we finish a book; it would be better if I could interact with other users as well; and what I want the most is having a year-end record of reading time (not just daily, but for a WHOLE YEAR) so we could share just how long we’ve read to others ☺️

The app has got all the settings I want in terms of color, font, line guides. 

I think it’d be perfect with a few more added things like auto scroll and half bold font (for dyslexic or ADHD readers).

I think we should have the ability to customize and mix and match, our themes, also, the button on the bottom right that serves as the settings, seems kind of off, maybe add the settings/menu on the top? I updated this ipad to latest 17 bec i cannot download updated apps. I only use this for reading using inooks bec of its simplicity and now what happened thers so many settings and features that is not even needed. And more importantly it destroys the old setup of ibooks fonts, themes etc.. what have you done.. sonfrustrated that i need to change settings every now and then
