Just an amazing journey
All round awful. Most the driver are horrible, I had one have a go at me for no reason, they drive past you and tell you they couldn’t find you! When you click the my location it shows a different location, which you then get blamed for by the disgusting drivers. But what can you do it’s only apple taxi here.
App has stopped working. Opens and the minute I try to enter a destination it crashes and closed itself. Cannot book.

Every time I try to make a booking a message pops up stating “unable to make a booking at this time”. This message appears no matter what day, time or location I enter. I wish we had Uber in Exeter.
It’s not as slick as Uber or bolt, but for a local firm it pretty good, with very similar features. Looking for a cab one early morning, Uber offered me a cab but then retracted and next available was 20mins. Got booked quickly through this app taxi arrived in 10mins.
It is already very difficult to find an available taxi at the best of times. I pre-booked a taxi to take me to the station to catch a flight later in the day leaving plenty of time. The taxi did not show and all calls went to an automated response. I waited 15 minutes and no response no show no response - pity I can’t give 0 stars…
I like the app in general but it has some issues that stop it being useful. It appears that if taxis are currently all busy you can’t pre-book even days ahead. Annoyingly the message from the app then tells you to pre-book. Why can’t I just tap to get a return journey? Either to reverse my selected start/end or click to book return? Annoyingly, when you do want to return, the last journey details are saved, and the stops are temporarily removed from your favourites. This means you try to book the return, the two stops you want aren’t available to select! Please refresh favourites when a start/end destination is changed…
Excellent Service. Great service is appreciated, but excellent service deserves to be celebrated
