Please refactor
Enrolling into Google Play -> 1 minute Enrolling into Apple Developer -> 3 months and still waiting. So many bugs and issues. Why is it this complicated? For a $100/yr service.

Unable to verify identity
Getting timed out every time I try to verify my identity, with: Unable to Send Information … I can’t take the account holder role without verifying my identity and can’t verify my identity as I get timed out … please help
Application process doesnt work
I am now waiting for almost a month to get approved. I have the money on card, did everything they asked for via official app on M2 Pro macbook, customer service even when they respond - they dont help anyhow. So all in all, this has been a horrible experience so far for me, since I am still waiting just to get enrolled.
Lot of hoops just to ask for money
"You do not meet requirements, please see more at (url)" without telling me which requirements exactly. Jump through a lot of hoops, search and investigate... just to find out they want you to pay.
A great example... of how an app&experience should not look like.
Starting from the enrolment, there are so many bugs and quirks, that I start wondering if the company behind this app is serious about its products.
