Exclusionary Practices: Apple Fails Developers
As an aspiring developer, my experience with the Apple Developer app has been profoundly frustrating. The app is riddled with critical bugs that make enrolling in the developer program outright impossible. Even worse, Apple Support provides no assistance when these issues arise. Rather than addressing the flaws in their system, they consistently shift the blame onto the developer—an unacceptable response from a company of this stature.
For developers in India, the app is a mandatory step in the enrollment process, yet it fails to function reliably. When you reach out for help, you’re met with dismissive responses and no resolution. This lack of accountability effectively isolates Indian developers, preventing them from pursuing their ambitions.
For a company that champions inclusivity and innovation, this experience reveals a stark and disappointing reality. Apple’s failure to support developers - from India and other regions subjected to similarly biased practices—is both exclusionary and deeply inequitable.
I strongly urge Apple to rectify these systemic issues and ensure fair and functional support for all developers. Until then, I cannot recommend this app or the developer program to anyone in India or similar countries facing such geographic discrimination.

The Apple developer is the worst app I have used it till date.
It doesn’t work like it works
Unable to make payment
When I am trying to enrol and make payments it says “unknown error”

The amount has been deducted from the bank account but the payment is showing as failed.
