• Create personalised sleep schedules, set a sleep duration goal and track your progress over time.
• Track your menstrual cycle with Cycle Tracking. Turn on notifications to tell you when your next period or fertile window is approaching.

I don’t know why you changed what was in the past (which worked well enough), but the last update ruined all the visuals and made it incredibly hard to track the necessary information (such as dates!!!) as well as modify the information if you already submitted some data. When I shared my frustration with the friends they made a joke, that seems like a guy was a PM for that one. I am back to the spreadsheets thanks to the update you’ve made.

One of the best features in an iphone is Health. I use it on a daily basis to register my weight, ECG readings, and discover many other facts about my health. While a lot of these numbers are interesting to see, it encourages me to be proactive with my health and aim for better numbers and feel better in general.
