Apple Store

November 24, 2022 I would highly appreciate to have the delivery of all Apple products in my Country. So are we global or not? Why is is nomore possible for Luxembourg I’ve purchased the last item in Jan 2022 an was delivered to LUXEMBOURG This is nomore possible. What can I do further

Once the application gets your location automatically it is impossible to change the reading language ie in English from French!! On the page of the delivery location, you have to write your phone number but in Luxembourg we have 9 digit mobile numbers and on the application there is only 8 digit number spots!!! What a shame…

They do not care if you are expat and living in other country. there is no option to change language even to set English. It will be set automatically depending on which country you are , even if in your country several official languages.

I hv not expected this! 3 languages in Luxemburg and all in French? I feel discriminated

Installed and had to uninstall instantly because the app is in a language that it decides based on location on its own!

It is very annoying that the app language gets automatically selected based on location and the user cannot change it. If you don’t know the specific language, you can’t use the app.

Why is the app in french???

App switches language to a default for a certain country, whatever apple thinks the default language for that country should be..... very bad. For Luxembourg, apple forces the store language to french instead of letting me choose. This is very annoying!

En effet, quand je devais contacter le support APPLE par téléphone, le collaborateur ne pouvait pas me rappeler, car comme il disait „le Luxembourg n’existait pas dans leur base de données!“ 😂😂😂
