No matter where you file complaints it is ignored by Apple and Grindr.  Need Apple and law enforcement to wake up. Shameful of Apple to ignore criminal activities done by an App they distribute and profit from. Take a look for yourself.

This would be why apple is in law suite after law suite I tried to call Apple. It told me that it was unavailable. I tried to chat with Apple throughout the chat. It was telling me things like please send a message to start a conversation with Apple. Advisor was asked for reassuring information so that I could reassure the fact that I was actually speaking to Apple, so I asked for information such as name and identification number employee one that is they are unable to do that. Allegedly I’ve had no phone calls back from senior advisor. I’ve add zero calls back on any of this moving forward, they are leaving me vulnerable with items attached to my phone that are not mine. These people are logged into my iCloud email which gave them access to my IMEI number. As well as sim number and many other things. Which then gives them the option of just getting right back in the phone whether it’s been battery data reset or hard reset it doesn’t seem to matter I’ve asked to use my Apple insurance to obtain a phone that can actually hear me speak and they can hear me one that doesn’t have people in it a prepack little family that tags along and they just keep telling me it’s T-Mobile T-Mobile tells me it’s Apple I want reimbursed I want reimburse for everything actually down to the monies that are being taken at this very moment as we speak I sure do help more than Apple get this because I surely do believe that Apple does not want to verify nor do they care if somebody’s in your phone if they have gained answer to your personal identification I have so many screenshots and so much proof that is undeniable. I do believe I will be obtaining that lawyer tomorrow.
Would not even rate have a star or I’m sorry would not even rate a star, but I have to. That’s even giving them a rating that stands out of the standard of what they do and or say and manage to accomplish welcome to the court of law again apple

Clicked on my Apple Support on my phone and it said update required. Can’t update because my iOS won’t update because I have an iPhone A+. The other apps won’t update either and now my phone is really slow. The reason why I haven’t gotten the latest iPhone which is what I always did in the past is because Apple decided that using the home button was no longer needed. That makes absolutely no sense to me because I use it to sign into everything and some people prefer her not to use facial recognition and 5G. your face will change, but your thumbprint will never change and I’ll never understand why they removed it. However, unless I want to get left behind, I will be forced to update and buy a different phone.🤬

### *---- "Forces You to Use Its Loser AI Bot and Doesn't Work When You Finally Reach a Real Person"
asked to speak to a customer support representative. AI chat bot made me go through the "standard protocol" fixes anyways. Answered them all and the AI bot was like, "Wow, what a weird situation! Do you want me to connect you with a real person?" Of course I do. That's why I asked you to do that. 

Connect with the real person and  his first message (which I see via banner notification) is "Do I understand correctly that your issue is [thing that I already explained to the AI bot is NOT my issue]". I click on the notification so I can say "Not quite, here's my actual issue!" I open the app, and the messages from the support agent just aren't there. I can only see the messages from the AI bot.

So, I have to deal with being force-fed cringe earth-destroying tech that doesn't work and I can't even get my problem solved because the app ALSO doesn't work. 0/5 experience.

The app is good. But the actual support is beyond awful. Every experience is a negative one filled with hostility. Had a charging case for a pair of beats have difficulty and just got made fun of by the support. They have no interest in providing you actual support at Apple, the one objective is to make sure you are not going to cause a major problem for them.
