## スクリーンタイム Description
AppStopsは、ルールを決めてスマホを使うためのツールです。設定したルールに応じて、アプリで『閉じる』以外の画面操作をできなくします。買い切りアプリのため、購入後の課金要素などはなく、安心してずっとお使い頂けます。

▼ アプリの特徴
・「仕事モード中は遊びのアプリを使わない」など、集中モードによる制限

・「制限を無視」ボタンのない、効果的なブロック画面

・「SNSは1日1時間まで」など、1日や1週間の利用時間の制限

・「今日のSNSの残り時間は20%(12分)です」など、制限時間の残量を通知

・「9~17時は動画アプリを見ない」など、毎日の時間帯によるアプリのオン/オフ

・「いまから90分は勉強に集中する」など、タイマーが終了するまでのアプリの制限

・コントロールセンター(*1)、アクションボタン(*2)、ロック画面(*3)、ショートカットアプリから手動でアプリを制限

全ての設定方法について、アプリ内で画像付きのユーザーガイドを備えているため、安心してお使いいただけます。

▼ 緊急でアプリのブロックを解除したい場合
AppStopsアプリを削除することで、ブロック中のアプリとWebサイトが利用できるようになります。削除してもブロックが解除されない場合(OSの問題でごく稀にそのような状態になります)は、再度AppStopsアプリをダウンロードし、「設定アプリ>スクリーンタイム>スクリーンタイムにアクセス可能なアプリ」からAppStopsのスイッチをオフにしてください。

### ***** "上限設定だけ注意が必要"
使い勝手は非常に良いのに、ひとつ残念なポイントがある。
時間の上限を設定しているのだが、iOSのスクリーンタイム上では30分しか使っていなくても、この制限アプリの中では2時間使ったことになっていることがある。おそらく、バックグラウンドでの動作もカウントされているのだと思う。

とはいえ、この点を除けば、非常に使いやすい機能が低価格で利用できていてありがたい。
特に、ショートカットやコントロールセンター、タイマー、集中モードに対応していて、UIがスッキリしている点が気に入っている。

今後、ワンタップでアプリ制限タイマーがスタートできたり、ひとつのグループに対して複数のスケジュール設定ができたりすれば、さらに便利になると思う。
たとえば、朝と夜に1回ずつスケジュールで制限できるようになると理想的だと思う。

ルールの上限の選択欄に指定した時間帯あたりを追加して欲しいです。
それ以外は完璧で強制力も十分です。

### ***** "残り何時間の通知が来る"
iPhoneのスクリーンタイムで時間制限をしていても、残り5分しか通知が来ないことに不便を感じていました。
このアプリで5時間の制限をかけて、20%ごとに通知が来るように設定しました。
こうすると1時間使うごとに通知がくるので、残り何時間使えるかわかりやすく、自主的にセーブしやすいです。
時間関係なくどうしても使いたいアプリは、iPhone側のスクリーンタイムで設定できます。
