If an alarm goes off I must reset device to clear alarm, notifications no longer show. How is this still an issue? Are you all hiring for developers?

This App is great for managing and adding or removing aqara smart devices, but it fails when you have to change phones or install the app on a different device. It simply loses all the information of the configured environment including the HUB. So you have to setup everything from scratch everytime

I would love to see some Aqara outdoor camera out this year. I want my smart home to only have Aqara Camera but it’s really hard to do when Aqara doesn’t currently have an outdoor security camera but just the doorbell. I’m waiting on Aqara to develop their 360 outdoor security cameras for HomeKit in the U.S.

My main issue is “AUTOMATION ALARMS” TAKING OVER 30% of the app screen EACH TIME I need to quickly check on a camera. Already get these same exact alerts on my device screen. Why are the app developers DOUBLING these with no option to disable? Let us choose if we want multiple alerts. Dread opening the app every time the screen is blocked. Just make a notification TAB with all that in chronological order? Overall good quality, very reliable, EXTENSIVE automation capabilities.

I’ve bought and will keep buying Aqara products; but the app is terrible. They need to fix several issues which include: only being able to use If/Then commands in the automations, as opposed to If/And/Or/Then commands. Also, when using the sensors, the “open”, “close“ and the “is open”, “is closed” settings are exactly the same (and there is no setting for when all the sensors are closed to begin with). I hope they fix these issues in a future update because I think their products are overall really good.

Getting these devices and app talking has been a most frustrating thing. I’m wondering if all the recent reviews hailing these devices as amazing might be overselling.

The developer needs to invest time and effort to enhance their Alexa integration, as the current Alexa skill has a low rating of 1.8 stars. This is concerning because users want to use the Aqara skill for automation with Alexa. When the sensors malfunction due to poorly written and maintained software, it discourages people from purchasing more of their products in the future. Please improve your software.
