The app won't let me trace the photo, i had to pay first. Remove that feature now, or i will claim this as a money hungrey app

On the 3rd day of free trial, wasnt able to unsubscribe but havent used it on the 3rd day. So on the 4th day I reported a problem and asked for a refund but they wont refund. VERY EXPENSIVE for an app like this.

Refund my money! I just clicked the free trial, and when my GCash had 500, they took my money even though I didn’t know. Refund my money!

I downloaded this app to help me in drawing and when I got the picture on screen it had this hand on it that covered it, why? Is that a glitch? And when I tried again it wanted me to pay for trial? So I refused and it didn’t let me use the photo I wanted. Total garbage.
