Die App ist gut und man kann alles gucken! Darum geht es doch bei einer Mediathek! Klar ich zahle auch nicht gerne den Rundfunk-Beitrag, aber deshalb einer App einen Stern zu gehen ist schon lächerlich! -- Pulsdiagnose, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "Der Gebühreneinzug funktioniert" Auch dann, wenn es keinen Anspruch auf Gebühren gibt. Leider funktioniert sonst gar nichts. Beispielsweise kann man die Merkliste auf verschiedenen Geräten nicht synchronisieren. Kein Wunder, dass die sozialen Medien die junge User mehr begeistern. Da hilft es auch nichts, wenn die ARD von “Usern” statt “Zuschauern” spricht. Mit Gendern allein kann man kein funktionierendes TV-System betreiben. For kids it’s impossible to watch something without triggering the menu to show. It’s their tiny hands or the way they hold the device that almost always makes them look at the blue screen instead of the content. Please ARD, make it go away (in release maybe? In the kids section of the app maybe?) for the little ones to enjoy your app as much as the rest of us do. Thanks! Seit ca. 1-2 Wochen (Update) ist das Verlassen des Kinderbereiches nicht mehr möglich. Es erscheint eine Abfrage „Wollen Sie den Kinderbereich verlassen?“ oder ähnlich. Allerdings kann mit der Apple Remote das Bedienfeld nicht gewechselt / ausgewählt werden. Nur ein Neustart der App hilft - bis zum nächsten Wunsch nach Verlassen des Kinderbereiches. -- Matthl, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Profil Anmeldung nach Update nicht möglich" Das eigene Profil funktioniert auf der Apple TV App nach Update scheinbar nicht mehr. Nach Auswahl des ProfilNamens erscheint immer wieder der QR-Code, nach dem Scannen und bestätigen im Web landet man immer wieder an der gleichen Stelle. Leider werde mir bei meinen Sendungen nur diejenigen des jeweiligen Gerätes angezeigt. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Wenn man einen User in Deutschland initiiert hat, dann muss Geoblocking weg. Letztlich sowieso Unsinn, fast jeder hat ein VPN. Hört auf rumzugängeln! Wenn man den Abspann nicht schaut, muss trotzdem Ende erkannt werden! Filme müssen dort fortgesetzt werden, wo sie stoppten. Guckt doch mal bei der Konkurrenz rein, dann wisst ihr wie es geht. Nicht mal ne Antwort! Wenn man Serien schaut, hat man Probleme die nächste Folge zu finden. Nachfolge zwei wird manchmal Folge 4 vorgeschlagen! Man muss dann jedes Mal zurück zur Serien, dann die Serie suchen, und dann die richtige Folge. So ist das nun mal, wenn man über Gebühren finanziert ist. Man kann keine Videos per Link in der App weiterleiten, weder per Mail noch per Messanger. Ernsthaft?
