Great idea, great app, great visuals just horrible and inconsistent returns on investment each the return on investments keep going down and going from projected 6% - 4.85% the projected distributions are never accurate when the actual paydays, you get better returns in the stock markets, REITS, ETFs and other savings account that give 6% APY. Will be taking most of my money out and putting it somewhere else where there is a more consistent and higher return for your money.

If you’re wondering if it’s legit, let’s me answer it for you—yes. Best app I’ve used for real estate investing personally. I’ve tried others, but this one beats them all in how quickly dividends are paid, the withdrawal reliability, and the dividend reliability. 10/10 👍🏼

You should have given some shares to new members, to at least get a foot Ii n the door. I feel like a squatter in the app with no shares.

Terrible rate of return.

If you deposit money. You will not be able to buy anything. And they won’t return your funds for 60days. I placed 3 orders, none of which were filled and requested they return my money as it’s just sitting in their app. I was not given my money back. I must wait 60 days to be rid of this scam. Please don’t waste your time with it.

I cancelled transaction. They sent email saying it was cancelled. Still took my money though. Now I have to wait 60 days just to get my money. SMH

Just takes your money. Don’t put your money into the app you won’t be able to get it back.

The platform is nice until you go to sell shares. I have been trying to liquidate a position and move into another for the last two months. I am unable to sell my shares even though they are past their minimum holding period. I’m beginning to wonder about this company.

No customer service support to assist you or help you. I sent several emails and called and did not get any help.
