Can't not discover my WI-FI
A very reliable CCTV- small and clear. However, it eats up battery quickly even when no motion is detected. Further, older models often went offline despite being connected properly. Seems a means to encourage the purchases of newer models V-V
I sincerely wish I had read all the reviews on trusted pilot before making my purchase. If you are reading this, please reconsider your decision. 1. Battery Life Does Not Meet Expectations The camera functions adequately, but the battery life is far from what was promised. Instead of lasting 3-6 months, it drains alarmingly fast, lasting only 2-3 days at best. When I reached out to customer support, I was informed that this rapid depletion is attributed to frequent usage, which I find unacceptable given the product claims. 2. Continuous Video Recording Not a Default Setting Another major issue is that Continuous Video Recording (CVR) is not set as the default option. I needed assistance with enabling this feature, and I reached out to support via chat. 3. Unhelpful Support Chat I spent four frustrating days in support chat, where the representative continually redirected me to call the hotline. Unfortunately, the hotline is a local number without an international code, and my inquiries for that code went unanswered. Eventually, I was instructed to close the chat and open a new one to contact another team. This led me back to the same representative, who finally admitted that they could transfer me to the appropriate team. 4. Fragmented Purchase System After much persistence, I was finally connected to the correct team and informed that because I purchased through Apple, I would need to cancel my subscription in order to buy the desired plan on their website. I promptly canceled my plan, only to discover that I still could not make a new purchase because I had to wait for my current subscription to end, which is a month away. I urgently need Continuous Video Recording, and the final suggestion was to contact Apple support. This entire process has been profoundly frustrating. In conclusion, I strongly urge potential buyers to reconsider their purchase. The experience has been exceedingly disappointing.
There is significant delay every time we go to a camera view. Also battery runs out much quicker than expected even if we put on best battery option. On top of that just to record the videos cost so much more than other providers
