Withdrawal
Why is it that we can’t withdraw from our investment anymore,if there’s an emergency how do we go about it?
App not opening
I have been unable to access the main page of this app. It has refused to open. It taking almost forever to load. Please fix it. Thank you.
Poor upgrade of information on the app
I have been trying to upgrade and upload my utility bill payment and append my signature for over 3 weeks now and it has been terrible completing the process. Please let the app be user friendly. I made a complaint online and the staff of ARM One investment claimed they had fixed the problem, the issues are still there. How do I successfully upgrade my account and move to tier 2 account?
Not loading
So I updated the app now it’s not even loading anymore..
Error as first impression
Arm, this is very disappointing. Your app is messed up. You guys are supposed to be professionals. I am trying to create an account but it is like impossible. I took a day just to put my details and the next step which is to create a password, an error popped up. I have tried severely but the error message keeps pupping up. Error as first impression not good.
Errors
Kindly upgrade the app. There are so many interfaces that are not opening. e.g. investment, top up, unnecessary signing out of the app etc
Apps needs to do better
Transaction pages not loading takes too long for a withdrawal to be completed then there’s no need for the emergency description when trying to withdraw when I can’t get the funds within 24hrs of withdrawal time just do better please
