Good Application and very fast always up to date

Two buses didn’t arrive and one refused to stop. When I finally got a bus, a 13 minute journey cost £3. For that price, I might as well have got a taxi. Avoid at all costs.

Every time I try to buy a ticket it comes up with a error message, this is a reoccurring issue, you’d think in a digitalised world they’d make that a priority

Can’t buy tickets on this app as when I click on payment method it just buffers and buffers so I can’t pay. I prefer to purchase ticket in advance as it’s easier than the ridiculous tap on/off system which slows people getting off the bus down or I forget to tap off

The bus was late so I checked the app and it was gone off the app so I thought something was wrong, walked off and the bus came past, make your app make sense

Tracking and timing is terrible. Timetable isn’t even close to the actual time the bus will turn up and doesn’t update times to say it early or late properly. Find the bus stop on Google maps, get better result

Old app worked, please revert to the original. Read the reviews, every single person hates this app. Whoever is in charge of this nonsense is completely inept.

There is a journey planning and ticket purchasing element to the app, however when the timetable is so unreliable you should only use it as a possible route you may take. As to using it to prepay for the journey, why would you prepay for a service that you may end up not using, not due to you changing your plans, but due to having to use other services when it runs so badly off time that you are late or worse still when it does not turn up.
