Bought this app and after filling in their questionnaire on age, weight, height, blah, blah, blah, I was expecting a program tailored to my needs. Instead I get no guidance and just very fit and pretty people doing exercises beyond my current fitness level. If there is a program tailored to me somewhere in this app, I cannot find it! My advice: don’t buy this if you’re just starting a new fitness regime - find something specific to beginners.
needs some UX attendance. That intro program keeps showing in the beginning without option to skip, even if I chose intermediate level and I’ve even tried to spool through them and hoped they’d mark as complete and disappear but no. Also there’s no setting option for the front page, like do I want to weigh in every day? Or track water? Also No support? etc. But the app works well and there are some nice workouts/classes.
I only subscripted as I thought it would be in Danish as all the questions I was answering to get the program for my fitness. Nothing special looks like other fitness programs and not that personalized as they want to give you an impression of
It’s sad to have to admit, but Asana Rebel keeps at it, when I want to skip, encourage me to reach my goals and lets me select at what level I feel I can commit on any given day. I’ve always been self reliant in achieving these things, but after a serious injury I finally ‘surrendered’ to letting an app guide me as I realized I wasn’t getting to the gym or out on my usual runs - today I couldn’t imagine not getting my daily dose of Asana (and I’ve come back to both gym and sport besides:-) Update June 2024: the adjustment of the subscription fee (to more than twice the price!) seems somewhat an overstretch. I love this app, but there has been little next to no development of the content over the years I’ve used it. Even as a subscriber you get no insight into what I’m actually getting than half the value with the announced price raise.

Black screen when playing videos on Iphone 15 pro with iOS 17.4.1
I use to love this app, but lately the videos won’t load properly. I’m on the latest app + iOS so I don’t see what’s wrong! Videos either won’t load at all, stop after running the intro, or only have audio for a brief moment. Argh! Frustrasting when I finally find time to do yoga, but then can’t!
The add is about Somatic Yoga. Downloaded the app and payed but NOTHING comes up when searching Somatic. So many people have commented on the add asking about this but no answer from the company.

Appen får ikke registreret mit quizsvar om morgenen eller “hvordan vil du have det i dag?”, så jeg skal svare igen hver eneste eftermiddag, når der igen kommer en påmindelse. Desuden mangler jeg flere nye kortere øvelser med vejrtrækning og rolighed som fokus
