No nutrition plan in the app as advertised
There are no recipes in available in the app as promised! When I asked about it they sent me a PDF with recipes. Not what was advertised. The exercises are nice though.

The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Lacking filters and can’t customize
The workouts are great but the app’s lack of filters and unability to create or customize your existing training plan is a long minus. I’m finding the plan suggested for me too easy and it is very frustrating to try and find suitable exercises that target my goal.

This app really works. Easy to use. It motivates and gives very useful tips and ideas for healthy living.

Versatile
Good app to add homeworkout to your routine. Versatile and inspiring. Many lenghts, quality videos, suggestions based on the hour of the day. Nice concentration music tracks. Water consuption def increased. Would love to have receipies for different cuisine cultures. And cant find somatic workouts even though it was advertised.
All most there
Otherwise i love this app, but the airplay feature doesn’t work properly.
No somatic yoga
The app promotes somatic yoga, but doesn’t include any. Other yogas are good though
Really like it
I like a lot this ap! There is something for every mood, and every level. Clearly guided. But the app, now the problem is that it doesn’t open the exercises. It just keep loading it. I reinstalled it, what usually helps in this kind of problems or when it freezes, but not know. It just too good every day app, which can’t have this kind of problems
