Asana Rebel: Get in Shape

The app content is great but its UX needs to improve. But the biggest problem is customer centricity. They have a very rigid approach to subscriptions. I haven’t paid attention and my subscription got auto-renewed for one year! I cancelled immediately (literally in seconds) and requested a refund. They directly refused it and said that I should have paid attention to the renewal. Very disappointing and frustrating! Shame on you Asana Rebel.

This is the second year of using this app. The UX is nice until to try to mirror it on TV screens. Most of the time it doesn’t work. I wrote a letter to the support one year ago and they did answer that they work on the problem. I waited a few months then I renewed my subscription. Nothing has changed and the app is not a cheap one. I’m disappointed, I can’t use the app like this as my mobile screen is small.

Fraud! They deducted €119.99 without my consent and won't refund it!

They sell you a demo subscription and then one year later they charge a much bigger amount. Although I made my subscription inside the app they claim it was done through the website. Of course they may have taken me to the website from within the app, but because I saw no subscription in my iPhone Settings I thought I have cancelled the subscription long time ago. Then, without any prior notification they charged me $120 and refused to refund

Be careful with subscriptions! After one year, it renews automatically without any prior notice. They charged $119.99 USD from my account, even though I had supposedly canceled the subscription earlier — which they now “can’t see.” I strongly advise you to be extremely cautious and careful when dealing with them.

Korábban előfizettem egy havi kedvezményes verzióra, de lemondtam még a megújítás előtt és le is töröltem. Most egy évvel később levontak egy elég magas éves összeget, minden előrejelzés nélkül. Pedig soha nem volt éves előfizetésem!! Írtam nekik a visszatérítés miatt, de nem fizetik vissza szerintük jogos.. Bizonyítsam egy évvel ezelőtti képernyőképpel a leiratkozást. Nem ajánlom senkinek! Ne fizessen senki semmit!!

Kedvezményesen előfizettem pár hétre, majd miután lejárt az appstoreba lemondtam töröltem az appot és nem fizettem tovább elő, erre egy évvel később levonják minden előzetes jelzés nélkül az éves díjat hogy megújítják az előfizetést mikor sose volt éves előfizetésem nem is akartam és mikor e-mailben jeleztem a válasz hogy nem áll módjukba visszafizetni mert szerintük ez így teljesen jogos.

I like doing yoga and the app gives me some good ideas of how to do and I like the exercises and workout programs. But I use Apple Watche and the weekly goal always show zero. It is really demotivating 🙁 the technicians should take a good care of the full customer experience. The app is okay, but what about the watch? ⌚️

You need to be very careful with the program. Somehow, it can bypass the subscription through the AppStore. You won’t receive an email about the automatic renewal, they don’t send an invoice, and you won’t see it among your subscriptions; they just deduct the money. You can’t turn off the renewal anywhere. The most you can do is correspond with them.

I’ve started my subscription early this year, and loved the exercises so far. However, using the app on a small screen like my phone was kind of annoying. I was excited to AirPlay the content to my newly purchased smart tv - just to find out this feature isn’t supported from the app. Are there any plans to allow casting the videos on smart tvs / when do you guys plan to improve the app?
