Asset Essentials

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every other month because it crashes and will give the spinning wheel of death with no results.

No way to notify when a new request comes into the system. Only allows an email to be sent. Huge oversight.

Wish there were negative rating stars. City uses it for citizens to report non emergency issues…. Potholes, missing street signs and such. Worked once and has been total waste of time ever since. Will not let anyone log on. Petitioning the city to drop this software and find one that works.

Brightly has continuously updated and added new functionality to the mobile platform over the past 4 years. This is greatly appreciated from a clients view, and one of the reasons we originally went with Asset Essentials over the competition. Keep listening to client feedback for improvement opportunities. We’ve been using this program for 3 years, every time there is an update it knocks the app into a black screen spiral and doesn’t fix until it is deleted and reinstalled, has issues on android tablets(we do not have iPads). If we weren’t so involved we would be getting a different provider. We do hope this gets better in the future.

This app times out a lot, says connection lost, logs out constantly. I use it with my university and it works occasionally. I mostly just opt to wait to get on a computer because sometimes I can’t even get it to load to login.

The app makes organizing work a lot easier, when it works. If it works…. I’m seriously about to tell my boss to switch back to paper work orders so I don’t have to worry about deleting and redownloading this bundle of connection failures…

You’re app is trash. I’ve had it downloaded for over 3 years now and It has never been Usable. Never even gets to the log in page. Just crashes. Figure it out.

Constant crashing, errors, waist of time! Avoid at all cost!

We started using Asset Essentials to assign work orders and track work that was being completed and as of what date. We have been using the program for well over a year and everyone is happy with the results. We plan on continuing to use this well into the future.
