App not working at all, just closes down automatically.

This app won’t even open

Tried several times to create account, always complains about data being in the incorrect format. I haven’t even entered any data other than basic account details information.

The app kept timing out, asking me for info I didn't have or don't understand (PSP code?) And then saying it couldn't create an account because my information was in the wrong format. I tried this about 5 times before giving up. I'll just use paper.

This app uses incorrect information regarding race and lung function which assumes African Americans have a typically lower lung function base line which is inaccurate. Be sure to consult you doctor to ensure you are being evaluated using non race specific algorithms to ensure your health care is properly managed using non-biased race neutral data.

Looked like a nice idea. Unfortunately it downloads ok, but immediately closes after opening screen. Hasn’t been upgraded in 6 years. Useless as is.

After my last update the app sfopped working. It was a great app but needs to be updated. I had years of information on there I can no longer access.

Was a good app while it worked. Crashes when I try to open. Please fix. I have the new iPhone 12Pro Max.

I have downloaded the app after restarting my phone 3x now. It still won’t open. When I check App Store it looks like the app hasn’t been updated in 6 years. I’d love to use this if it worked.

I used this application for a number of years. It definitely helped me to track exacerbations overtime and to track triggers as well. This past year when I went to open it there was a message saying I needed to update my password but there was no way to do it. I did contact someone, but after the first reply I never got another one. This app has not been updated in the past five years and they’re clearly has no support for it. Too bad as itHas quite a bit of potential.
