Astra - Life Advice

I am Angry because i want to use this app but i realize i need to pay for it,nope.

It’s so cool how you get to ask for advice and it actually gives you good advice.

Downloaded the app to gain insights of my chart using the AI feature. The only placement it had right was my Sun sign. I spent most of my time manually entering my correct chart information and correcting it. Definitely not worth $6.99 a week

This app shouldn’t charge REAL LIFE HARD EARNED MONEY for inaccurate natal charts and they say they don’t have enough information on you to give you any node/Chiron/Lilith placements like no do not even bother w a free trial bc it’s wrong and ppl who are new to astrology won’t know that 🙄

I have asked this app so many things such as what to make for dinner and why did I dream this? The app has so much information and believes in self help and manifestation and it reads your signs to help You understand why you might be thinking a certain way or why someone might be thinking a certain way. I use this app to give me advice on so many things that I've wondered if there's a person behind it because it's so relatable

I got a new phone and the app won’t let me restore my subscription, it just loops me through getting the subscription again, tells me that I’m already subscribed and I get stuck on the sign up now window with no access to what I paid for already. Had to cancel. Hopefully they figure it out.

I love this app, it is super accurate!

The app is great, and I’d have no complaints if it weren’t for the fact that you can’t keep a conversation going for more than a few minutes at a time without the AI telling you something went wrong and to check your connection, thus ending the entire conversation you just had. Also, the AI won’t remember the aforementioned conversation so you have to start all over again. This needs fixing ASAP

The price for the app is absolutely exorbitant. $6.99 a WEEK is ridiculous. Information is not accurate, several aspects of my chart were completely wrong. Would not recommend. Also, when I cancelled my subscription it said it wouldn’t renew on the next week (which makes sense), but it cancelled immediately and I lost access to it. So I paid $6.99 for a whole week and then couldn’t even use it and basically got robbed of my money (I understand it cancelling when it comes to the renewal day but if you pay for a whole week you should be able to use it that whole week before it renews, that’s the standard for subscription services). Definitely a scam.
