My kid bought this app by accident, I requested a refund and return the same exact day. They REFUSE to refund the money and return the app. Emails to the developers are not returned. This developer is running a FRAUDULENT SCAM. BUYER BEWARE, this is not a legitimate app and they will keep your forty dollars even if you buy by accident and request a refund the same day.

I have 3-10 readings weekly

I have been using your platform for years, and earlier this year I lost over 700 charts. Thats 700 CLIENTS, who I now have to get their chart info again. I have a little over half of their charts recorded by hand so I accepted the loss and realized it was my fault. 

FAST FOWARD HERE WE ARE AGAIN. I’ve lost 300~ charts again because this app has lost its iCloud function again.

I purchased this app upon recommendation from my astrology course and it worked for a short time, but I am now locked out of the app. I contacted astro gold and they told me to submit proof of purchase, which I did. They suggested a work around which didn’t work and then they ghosted me. 
I have tried contacting them a few more times and they don’t respond. Don’t waste your money on this app.

This is my go-to mobile app for Astrology calculations. I have used this app daily for years! It does the basic work that an Astrologer needs on the spot or for research .For example, being able to quickly compare natal, progressions and transits with up to three rings in one chart. For example, easily being able to cast a horoscope for a date from history as you read a book or watch TV. The charts can be saved or sent. The interpretations are very good, and a good start for a pro. The extensive settings enable the different ways of calculating a horoscope.

The app started crashing within a few minutes of downloading the app. Now it shows a blank screen. This is true even after reinstalling the app there’s just a yellow screen.

Fine. I contacted support and in the mean time I figured I would be able to at least use the Mac version of the app, but I see that they haven’t made it available in the Mac App Store is $229 on the website only! Is this really allowed? 

It is seriously criminal to charge this much money for something that doesn’t work. I would like a refund please.

Apple please address this issue. It seems really suspect. Just look at all the negative reviews, there’s no way this app should be $40 even if it worked normally. You shouldn’t be able to charge an additional $229 for the Mac version that should be free!

### ****- "Wish They Would Offer Alternative Interpretations to..."
Past Lives.  Not everyone believes in them.  I have seen the Nodes speak to what people have suffered through in this life at an early age.  Yet this software seems to think it can only be for past lives.  As well, this App should not just be geared for astrologers who practice with the BELIEF in past lives.  Maybe consider being able to include different interpretations with the Nodes.  Something similar to setting the chart for different house systems.  Would be cool.  Thanks.

First off… the location function stinks. Really, really bad. That is my biggest complaint as a professional astrologer who likes the ease of use offered by an app of this nature. You go to enter a new natal chart and a solid 40% of the time it does not recognize the birth location. This is beyond irritating. So you think, okay… I’ll use the gps coordinates… nope. Those don’t work either. 😤 So, this is great for quick Horary charts, fast natal charts, etc IF YOU CAN GET THE BIRTH LOCATION TO BE RECOGNIZED. I also don’t plan to purchase the astrolocality function, as I already don’t trust their map portion of the software. I can’t imagine the irritation that would come with trying to use the astrolocality feature.

I’m happy I bought this app because it allows me to view wheel horoscopes and aspect grids SO WELL. LOVE!! 

I’m sure you’re working on adding more aspect interpretations; but it’s not convenient for me to search the aspect interpretations not available. That being said…my biggest complaint is that this app doesn’t work with my iPad’s Split View. Maybe you’re working on that too? 

You know what would also be dope? If I could tap on the aspect symbols in the grid, and have the Reports popover display the interpretation for that aspect. That is my dream astrology app! I think it would be super valuable. I can’t think of a single app or website that will let me tap or click on the aspect symbol, and then link me to the interpretation. 💰.
