I made a payment of 1000 rupees yesterday I have UTR number the payment done successful but till not credited in AstroPay account customer care also not responding correctly

I have added Rs.10000 to the wallet.The money has not been credited to the wallet. Mailed to the customer service. Nobody is responding to the mails. Where are my funds ? Neither there is a refund to the account. Such a bad experience. There is no option to rate them a zero star. I would suggest the customers to not believe on them. Its been already four days and the customer service has not even responded. Kindly do not have a faith in such apps.

Don’t use AstroPay they don’t send ur money to bank Scammers

I have been an avid user of astropay app for the past several years but now Im really getting annyoed with their services. Its been so long since I have been trying to withdraw funds but Im getting an internal error message. Upon chatting with them no one reaponds for hours and it seems that very few people work in the customer support. I still havent had a reply from you guys. Really terrible service

Such a disappointing app. I was adding money to my wallet and payment got successfully through paytm UPI of Rs 1000 each and till now I have not received money in my Wallet……… I have done mails many in number and I have not received any single response from them.…. Strictly don’t use this app.

I had 3 cards worth around 800 Rs in total last year. Didn’t use the app anymore for a year and when I came back recently , all 3 cards are gone. I complained and got no response. They literally stole my money and took it for granted. There’s always been one or other problem with this app, so think 100 times before doing any deal with them guys , they’ve been stealing our money one or other way since start.

There is no response from customer support and where is my money refund it? Or resolve the transfer problem my astro pay customer support case id: 82536874 please dont use this app they are not even responding

I had mad a transaction of 16 dollars and amount has been deducted but still didn't receive. When i have raised request for review. Request has been rejected by saying rhey didn't receive. Then email the screenshots of that transaction and sent bank statements still i am not getting satisfactory answer. Seems like they dont have proper payment tracking ayatem. I have provided all the required documents. Dont know why i am not getting proper help. Please dont use this app if you are tying to convert money through upi to dollars. Worse experience
