The exercises are ok, with buildable complexity and good balance between effort and recovery periods. I would add 1-2 exercises in the cycles before the actual planks for preparing the body

At the beginning it was pretty easy and then it started to hit my maximum abilities, until I simply can’t do the exercises. I was capable of completing the first two weeks.I think it’s just not perfectly balanced.

無料で使わせて貰っているが、プランを開始しようとすると音声が出ないことが多く(というか最近はほぼ出ない)、再起動してようやく音が出るが、余分に広告を見させられることになる。 広告を多めに見せるためにわざとやってるんじゃないかと疑ってしまう。 早く改善して欲しい。

素晴らしいアプリで毎日お世話になっています。 ただ、日本語訳がおかしく笑いが止まりません。 カラダミキ(体感)と言われるたび集中できず困ってしまいます。

広告が閉じられない

広告を見終わった後の閉じるボタンを悪意を持って見えないようにし、画面をタップさせることで広告元へ飛ばさせる作りになっていてめちゃめちゃイライラする。 そのうちパターンを覚えて一発でタップできるようになるだろうけど。

メニューを組んでくれて、毎日少しずつ変えてくれるので飽きないし達成感もある。ちょっとキツイけど、それもまた良い感じのキツさ。がんばって続けたいです。

ほんの少しの時間でできるので続けられます。 ただ1日ごとに秒数が伸びるので一週間後にはかなりハード💦 一週間とか三日とかのペースで、秒数をのばしてもらえると体も慣れてきて無理がないかな。 あと。動作が変わる時の休憩をスキップするといきなり始まるので、スキップボタンを押して体制を整えてスタートすると何秒かロスになる。 スキップしたら5秒あたりからカウントダウンしてスタートしてもらえると嬉しいです。
