ATM Milano Official App

Ci sono molti ostacoli per usarla come si deve e non neanche intuitiva da manegare. Dalla superfice ed è anche vecchia come la „la vecchia Romagna“. Non parliamo del sito web che anche li è del 1990. Sembra che stiano risparmiando.

Di per se l’App è utile e pensato bene. Come spesso capita in Italia gli App sono troppo complicati nell’utilizzo pratico legato ai pagamenti. Lo scanner ai tornelli del Metro è in posizione scomoda e contrariamente a quanto capita negli aeroporti occorre ruotare iPhone di 90° e tenerlo a una determinata distanza. A volte occorrono diversi tentativi per ottenere lo sblocco. L’App ha un grave bug, per cui periodicamente all’apertura appare soltanto uno schermo arancione vuoto. Ed è necessario re-installare l’App e rifare l’accesso. Molto scomodo se si è in una stazione della Metro…

The QR-Code is absolutely not reliable. It‘s by luck, if it works. And there still aren‘t 3-days ticket available.

You can’t buy 3 day passes with the app. payment was difficult, because I nearly couldn’t select my credit card. Worst of all, validation doesn’t work with apple phone, it keeps opening the wallet, so you might accidentally pay as you go, even though you have a day pass.

So eine unfunktionsfähige System und Applikation habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gesehen…. Ausser diese App ist nur der ÖV-Milano schlimmer…

It is very difficult to scan the QR-Ticket at the Metro gates. Often there is only one gate with qr scanner and we had often to try ten times. At one gate, we couldnt get it to work and so had to buy new tickets! The App only sells very few tickets, no 3-day-pass... quite bad. But there is no alternative if you start the journey with a bus...

Purchase experience is stupid, you need a Paypal account or have to enter for every purchase too many details (telephone number, address?????) and of course the cc details. And most if the QR code scanners in metro stations don‘t work with iphone. So you have to print out your mobile (paperless) ticket....

The purchase experience in this app is a disaster . First you need a PayPal account (project managers, have you heard of in app purchase ?). Then your purchased tickets cannot be used until validation with a scanning machine either found in the subway or some other undefined point of sales. Probably if you take the metro could be ok but if you take a ground system the commodity to buy and ride is not available . I understand that universal hybrid apps gives you the perception that are easier to maintain and develop but this one should have integrated a native purchase system and no validation step. If your ticket is for 90 minutes then better to get used to to fact that times ticks as soon as you buy it .

Update to ios 8.02 not working anymore! Pls release bugfix
