ATM Milano Official App is the official app of Azienda Trasporti Milanesi, designed to help you move easily around Milan and its surroundings using public transport.

The app is changing. New design, renewed user experience, and many new features. Discover them in detail.

Say goodbye to your card: the subscription is now digital. Travel with your phone.
•	Transfer your subscription to the app or directly purchase a digital subscription and travel with your phone.
The home page is now geolocated.
•	Explore the map to find nearby stops and check real-time waiting times.
•	Customize the map to easily find points of interest like Parking, ATM Points, and BikeMi stations.
•	Calculate the best route to reach your destination.
•	Quickly access your favorite addresses, stops, Bikemi stations, and parking spots.
Information, alerts, and news on the home page.
•	Receive real-time notifications about unexpected line detours.
•	Get alerts about upcoming scheduled changes.
•	Discover initiatives and news in a new section on the home page.
New mobility info menu.

I’ve been trying to book an appointment for a week now and every time I come to the office the service isn’t working. Came once again to get my monthly card done with an appointment with all the documents i thought I needed and the lady was super rude telling i needed my passport in hands while ON THE APP IT DOESNT GIVE YOU ANY INFO OF WHAT YOU NEED. she kept on telling me i should’ve opened the website and checked but the app should also give you the same info.

The 3 day pass is a con. It’s not a 72hr pass but a 3 calendar day pass starting from the day you activate. So if you purchase and activate in the evening, it’s only really a 2 day pass.

Acquistato biglietto con validità 90 minuti ed attivate le notifiche di modo tale da ricevere una comunicazione allo scadere del tempo.

Notifica mai ricevuta e 39 euro di multa. Controllore maleducatissimo, sadico e pervertito (segnalazione separata ad ATM in materia).

Un azienda che si illude di essere all’avanguardia ed invece delude solamente i turisti.

L’esperienza di pagamento è terribile. Per ogni singolo biglietto acquistato è necessario inserire i dati della carta. Apple Pay non è supportato. Mollate BNL e usate Stripe, altrimenti questo metodo di acquisto è destinato a fallire.

Linked to my PayPal so I can add single tickets in seconds as needed when out and about. REMEMBER TO VALIDATE when getting on a bus or tram. It’s not rocket science - it’s a button in the app shown on top of the tickets QR code. You don’t need to do anything else with any machines on the vehicle. It sets a 90 minute timer and then expires the ticket.

Even if you buy the ticket, it doesn’t automatically validate so the guards that know if you are a Turing can scam you a make you pay a fine. Horrible.

So remember after you bought it is still not valid, the inspectors takes advantage of tourists this way.

Come da titolo, complimenti per l'aggiornamento funzionante. Ogni volta che raggiungo una fermata del tram, non posso fare a meno di maledirvi per l'assenza di indicazioni sui tram (il 7 e il 31 in viale zara per voi sono vetture fantasma per voi a quanto pare) e degli orari, che in ogni caso, sono puramente indicativi. Ero un fan di atm, ora vi voglio male
