Very hard to cancel subscription
It is almost impossible to figure out how to cancel or pause the subscription. Work harder on keeping your customers instead of making it harder to leave.
APP crashing
Your app is crashing after latest update! Can’t even start it..
Terrible support!
When nothing in the app would play the support told me to logout and reinstall the app. But it didn’t solve the problem. Instead the titles I have purchased disappeared from my library. I had to go through it all so they could add them to my purchases again. Thankfully I have saved most of the receipts. And the supports suggestion is to uninstall again. Seriously?!
Rewind timer to starting place
I use audible to fall asleep sometimes. I would LOVE a feature that pops up the first time after last use if I set timer that asks if I’d like to rewind back the full length of timer (and maybe some dynamic alternatives that makes sense based on timer length). Ie: Timer set for 30 minutes, prompt asks to rewind 30/20/10/0 minutes rewind whereas a timer set for 10 minutes asks for 10/7/5/0 minutes rewind. If the dynamic alternatives are difficult just give me the option to rewind to starting position when timer was set or not at all ❤️ Other audio book apps I use have this feature, and it is basically the only feature I think Audible lacks. Please develop this!
!!! Untrustworthy !!!
If you delete your amazon account, it’ll delete your audible library in any country in the world. They this stole $2000 of audiobooks from me and it’s impossible to reach a human being without an account which they also conveniently deleted. Also, why is 1984 “sci-fi”? It was categorised as “non fiction” my entire childhood until its contents became reality.
This should be called “relational development “
Without others nothing can be done. Cooperation is king, not competition. So much can be done through the former.

Har varit med om bättre ljudbok tjänster, man måste köpa flertalet av titlarna. Man får en credit i månaden som man kan lösa in för vilken bok man vill. Vet inte om jag tycker det är värt det.
Someone’s story
I really enjoyed listening to the story of someone with a story. Happened to be Henry Winkler - who I’d grown up with as the Fonz. A fascinating inside look at what his life has been like, coping with being such a celebrity early on. It was his life story and the honesty that I enjoyed so much - thanks Henry for sharing.
