I am so upset right now. I’ve been using your app for years. But just recently , my older recordings are not playing. Even if I wait for them to download NOTHINg HaPPENs. It used to be that I trusted this app so much that I recorded precious audio of me and my now deceased grandmother having a conversation. And now when I look up the file , it shows the size of the file and it can be searched but when I try hit “play” or “send” to another app , nothing happens!! I can’t hear the sound of my Nana’s voice and I really need your help. This is not just one file but more than 10 files on my app that just don’t play and can’t be sent. But I know there’s information Becuase it shows the file size. I would like to change this review to a good one but there’s no other way to contact you for help. 
Please help me recover precious precious memories.

I have the free version which has worked well.  But I’m trying to evaluate  whether I should upgrade to pro or pro plus,Have always been given the cost structure.  I cannot find information yet about what the advantages are.  There must be great advantages to upgrade to one of the choices so far I have not been able to find such a description and this is not unusual to this app. There must be that  information that I need to make a decision but it should not be this difficult to find.  Any help out there?
