Baited into signing up for a book that’s not even available
Rip off Beware!
I tried the free trial and didn’t want to continue with a subscription so cancelled it. I’m wary of these sort of deals so I was careful to ensure it was properly cancelled. It said you could still continue using the app until the end of the trial period. Low and behold after the trial period I was charged $24.40, there was no where in the app that I could find where to stop future payments so I closed the account completely and contacted the customer service about the charge. Terrible service, they are saying they can’t even find any record of my account despite having had an account with a credit card registered and I’ve been charged on it. I would definitely NOT recommend this app.
Brilliant
Great, app, way better than audible, just finished the lives of Brian by Brian Johnson and it was great. The app is so easy to use and never crashes. Awesome!
Amazing range
Great range of audiobooks! I love the narration of Narcissus and Goldmund by Hermann Hesse. I have COVID at the moment and am finding it really hard to concentrate on passages and audiobooks are the perfect fix! I just have 2 issues: 1) The UI.. It’s outdated and hard to navigate + some of the features don’t work. (Eg the list feature doesn’t save the items you’ve selected) 2) the lack of clarity in the subscription details. I’m not entirely sure when my free trail ends, nor the date of my recurring payment - part of that is due to the UI leaving something to be desired. All in all I would recommend if you’re not a technophobe. The vast rage of titles makes up for all flaws.

Day two using the app and so far it’s very easy to use. Every book I’ve searched for has been there - excellent selection and great lists of recommended books too! Glad I found this app.
