AudioMaster Pro: Mastering DAW

Great app for easy and effective mastering polishing of tracks. I know from experience of using mastering apps which give full control if the track is mixed reasonably well, relative frequencies are reasonably balanced and plenty of headroom is present in the mix down, then the same few settings are applied to most tracks. One improvement would be for the app to allow reordering of the different genre presets so that you can move quickly between them when comparing the relative sound; as it stands if you want to compare eg the Pop preset with the Rock preset you have to do a lot of scrolling to get from to the other, and the sound changes a lot inbetween, so you don’t get a instant direct comparison. But this is a minor quibble really - this is a 5 star app!

Has recently stopped working on my up to date iPad mini 6. Will not load from GarageBand or AudioShare.

When it works this app can give good results but right now it is totally unreliable on my phone. I have had it crash and need reinstalling, cease to play imported files and now the settings themselves are unreliable and constantly reset themselves. The reverb is unusable and the EQ does not appear to work. My advice is avoid until the developer does the right thing and fixes the app for which they are charging a premium price. Right now I am very disappointed. Bought an unusable app but I live in hope! I’ll amend this if it gets fixed.

This little app is proving to be more useful than online audio mastering services. I’m using for polish before releasing my mixes and am getting good feedback from it already! The presets are awful for me as I get some distortion, however the manual EQ and Gain is all I need to bring a little sparkle and uplift to my tracks. Hopefully the devs can continue up keeping this brilliant app on the AppStore.

Very Disappointed with this app. This is not for mastering this is for sound presence option found on any IT music soft ware setting. Orginal of this type of sound preference was window 95. A mastering is needed for the new hand on D.I. Y producers but not for £20. This master item that’s is so well marketed is sad hype. Best use for vocals settings.

Barely works and extremely limited. Doesn’t do much for your mix. Save your $.

This app allows me have a user friendly experience for mastering my music. I’ve been using this app for a while and I’m truly happy with the final project that I’m able to put out. The customer support is top notch. I reached out to customer support for bug issues I was experiencing and ended up going back and forth with customer support for several days until the problem was corrected. Thank you guys again for your help and support. I would definitely recommend this app to any producers or musicians that’s looking for a simple hack to mastering your final product.

We need to be able to export mastered audio in a .wav in order to protect the audio quality, but all I’ve gotten was .mp3. Once this feature gets added, the review will switch to five stars, but it seems a little silly to spend this much money to not be able to export to waveform files.
