Before you buy AudioStretch, consider first downloading AudioStretch Lite for FREE. Apart from some feature limitations, it's the same as the full (paid) version. The Lite version is a great way to see whether AudioStretch works well for you.
As a musician one of the most helpful tools you can have is the ability to slow-down, loop or auto-transpose the notes for a piece of music you are trying to learn.
AudioStretch is the world’s first audio and video transcription tool.
Now you can manipulate the pitch, speed and transcribe your tunes from both audio and video files; or by using your phone’s camera you can capture video directly into AudioStretch and transcribe it!

Amazing app to slow down music

Well designed interface. Easy to use. You can easily import MP3’s from iCloud drive, and change the pitch and speed as you wish. As well as export the fin result.

Worked well until now!

It worked very well! But now I got an app error “The app extension could not be found” when I want to go to the music library.

Audio Stretch

Fine app. It does the job. Pretty straight forward. It's a good tool to figure out songs. I am using the app now for quit some time and more and more I enjoy it. It even plays the sound of videos. The support of the builder is very good. His response is quick and friendly. I am a happy user. I would even like it more if audiostretch can play the videos directly from the iPad. Now I have to convert the video to a smaller file, then upload it to Dropbox and download it again with audiostretch. Sept 13 2017: I am still working with AudioStretch and I am enjoying it every time. It's is such a great help learning songs. Thanks for this app. The support is fantastic too. I forgot to mention that.

Excellent app!

Great audio-app to analyse songs, solo's etc. Very easy to use!! Being a professional musician myself, I would recommend this app to any musician/conservatory-student out there who wants to, for example, copy solo's to increase their lick-library. I love the loop function and that you can use 0% speed, which means the sound is 'frozen', but continuous, which means you can finally dissect that voicing you always play a bit different than the original! You can even play the music backwards or scroll through the waveform any way you want. Forward, backward, slow, fast, fast-slow... You get the idea? All in all a fantastic app for the musician who takes him or herself seriously!
