Mit der App Audyssey MultEQ Editor gehen Sie aber noch weiter: Hier können Sie selbst ‚‚unter die Haube gucken‘‘, um für eine genaue Abstimmung die Einstellungen zu überprüfen und anzupassen. Das ermöglicht es Ihnen, den Sound präziser auf die spezifischen Probleme in Ihrem Zimmer abzustimmen und ganz auf Ihren persönlichen Geschmack zuzuschneiden. Mit dieser umfangreichen App können Sie das ganze Potenzial von Audyssey MultEQ nutzen, um die komplette Kontrolle über den Sound Ihres Heimkinos zu übernehmen.

Mit dieser App können Sie:
• Die Ergebnisse der Sprecherdetektion ansehen, um die korrekte Installation zu überprüfen
• Die Ergebnisse der Audyssey-Kalibrierung vorher und nachher betrachten und so Raumprobleme leicht identifizieren
• Die Audyssey-Zielkurve für jedes Kanalpaar ganz nach Geschmack bearbeiten

### ***-- "Findet trotz korrekter Netzwerkverbindung keinen Receiver"
Ich habe zwei Marantz-Receiver und habe große Erwartungen an diese App gehabt. Leider findet die App keinen der beiden Receiver im Netz, obwohl beide in der Liste der zugelassenen Receiver stehen. Ich habe die Geräte mit Kabel und dann auch nochmal per WLAN eingebunden. Aber es hilft nichts. Werde den Kauf der App wohl rückgängig machen müssen.

### ****- "Teuer, aber lohnt sich."
Auch wenn 23 Euro eigentlich unverschämt sind, wenn man schon in einen Marantz-AVR investiert (hier: Cinema 70 s), es lohnt sich trotzdem  auch für tontechnische Laien wie mich. Das Klangbild (mit Argon Forus 5.1) inkl. Dialogverständlichkeit hat sich gegenüber der Einmessung per AVR deutlich verbessert, insbesondere auch nach Deaktivierung der Mittenbereichskompensation und leichter Anpassung der Frequenzkurven für Front und Center. Die App ist halbwegs übersichtlich und selbsterklärend. Mit einem Tablet (hier: IPad) lassen sich auch die Frequenzkurven per Hand ganz gut anpassen. Ein Apple Pen dazu wäre sicherlich noch bequemer und genauer. Verschiedene Szenarien können abgespeichert und bei Bedarf auf den AVR geladen werden. Das dauert alles etwas, aber führt zum Erfolg.

### **--- "Room for improvement"
Nutze den x4800h (neueste FW) mit der App auf einem 13er iPhone mit der letzten iOS 17 Version. Koppeln über die App mit dem AVC funktioniert gut, nachdem man zuvor das Setup im Receiver korrekt vermerkt hat, werden bei Messstart nochmal die LS angezeigt, ab die Post. Nach dem erfolgten Messvorgang habe ich Mittenkompensation ausgeschaltet und die Messung abgespeichert (Namen vergeben), dann auf den AVC übertragen. Man sieht, dass was passiert für die jeweiligen Kanäle, dann wenn alles übertragen ist, erfolgt immer die Erfolgsmeldung auf dem Mobile, das alles funktioniert hat, Relaisklacken im AVC, fertig. Dann rufe ich das Audiomenu auf über FB direkt am Gerät, Audyssey ist ausgegraut im Menu….sie müssen erst die Einmessung durchführen….😳 Hatte ich die nicht gerade gemacht und erfolgreich übertragen? Pegel und Abstände werden aber übertragen. Audio/Audyssey bleibt beim Speichern auf Preset 2 grau, Preset 1 funktioniert dann. Spass App für 20€? Bitte mal um Erklärung.

Ich habe eine Einmessung auf dem AVC gemacht und auf Preset 2 gespeichert. Beide Presets (Preset 1 hatte auch ein Setup) zeigten die unterschiedlichen Einstellungen, Audio/Audyssey war jeweils aktiv. Dann habe ich eine Messung mit der App ausgeführt und auf Preset 1 gespeichert. Hat auch geklappt. Danach war Audyssey unter Preset 2 wieder grau. 
Die Funktionen der App sind so nur bedingt nutzbar, Kompensation, Hochton-Rolloff…Frequenzbereich für Audyssey wäre ja auch locker in der AVC-Software direkt unterzubringen….der X4800h selbst ist ein spitzenmässiges Gerät mit tollem Klang, das war mein X4000 auch schon, ohne tricky Software war es auch nicht schlecht.

### ***-- "Gute App mit einem Manko"
Bin eigentlich zufrieden, nutze Audyssey mit dem X4800H. Allerdings habe ich als Setup 7.1 mit Front B. Im AVR kann man beim Einmessen auswählen, mit welcher Front man das tun möchte. In der App fehlt diese Möglichkeit, weswegen ich die Front B gar nicht mit der App einmessen kann, sondern dafür dann doch den AVR bemühen muss, wo ich logischerweise all die Korrekturmöglichkeiten der App dann nicht habe. Das mindert den sonst guten Gesamreindruck der App leider doch deutlich. Wann erfolgt hier ein Update, die die Funktion nachrüstet?

Die App wirkt lieblos und wie aus der Zeit gefallen. Da müsste man dringend mal fähige UX-Designer dransetzen und die umständliche Bedienung überarbeiten lassen. Das geht deutlich besser!

### ***** "Jeden Cent wert!"
War auch erst skeptisch, aber diese App misst wirklich meilenweit besser ein, als direkt über den AVR. Habe nun kristallklaren Sound, vorher war ich nur semi zufrieden. Außerdem noch im Anschluss über die App vieles anpassbar. Die 22,99€ haben sich gelohnt!
