Die App sieht so aus als ob sie kostenlos ist. Aber beim ersten Gebrauch steht unten ganz klein, dass sie 3 Tage kostenlos ist und danach 9,99 € die Woche kostet! Einem Familienmitglied in meinem Account ist das nicht aufgefallen und so wurden 3 x 9,99 € abgebucht. Eine Reklamation bei Apple hatte leider nur das Ergebnis: Nicht erstattbar gebracht!

Nicht funktionsfähig, keine Erstattung durch Apple möglich. die App hat bei mir trotz abgeschlossenem Jahresabo keinerlei Funktion gezeigt. Ich habe sie sofort wieder deinstalliert und eine Rückerstattung beantragt. diese wurde von Apple zweimal abgelehnt, mit dem Hinweis nicht erstattbar, obwohl keine Nutzung stattgefunden hat.
Ein Chat Support bei Apple war nicht vorhanden und eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits war derzeit nicht möglich, da ich krank bin.
59 99 € für ein Nicht nutzbares Produkt ohne Erstattungsmöglichkeit ist sehr enttäuschend.
Der Vorgang wird parallel beim Apple Support dokumentiert.
