Once some neighbour who deals with the tv surveillance in my building has stolen my pass to Authenticator, I had to start over again, but the current version asks me to scan a qr code or to enter credentials manually, which I do not know. Am in Belgium, Europe and no clue what credentials to enter manually mean. Initially I need Authenticator to be able to log into picks.be application, the online Tv application for Proximus internet provider in Belgium. There is no QR code to scan to enter that application I pay to watch, as I pay for Authenticator and am not able to use it! Please reply to find a solution, thank you in advance.

Do not purchase. It is a shady company out of Eastern Europe. I uploaded and it didn’t work. I’ve emailed them and they haven’t responded.

Misleading - how do I cancel!?
I was by mistake choosing this app in appstore and realized that when suddenly the only options were to try for free 3 months and then pay for using the app. I did not click on any of the options to pay and immediately closed down that window. But the app was installed on my computer so I immediately deleted it from the computer - but I can NOT find a way to cancel/delete it from the App store! Please help! How do I cancel it? I do not want to pay a cent for this.
Misleading
There is no mention of the cost in the listing for this app, but when you download it, it asks for $49.99/year or $69.99/Lifetime. All the ad says is “In-App Purchases.” If you’re going to charge to use the app, say so up front.

Holding My Passwords Hostage*
I was trying to use this app to secure my google account. As soon as I entered a backup-code, it locked up my passcode so I could no longer use it. *Not actually holding it hostage, but still, it’s charging me full price to get my passwords back.
How does this work
I can’t figure out how this works. I used it once setting up my facebook and I didn’t know to save the code I got a new phone and can’t cuz the password was saved on the old phone, and now I can’t log in.
