Robbed me of €50. Signed up for a 3 day trial, cancelled it on the spot when I realised it was not the solution I was looking for (PlayStation network sign in). Yet these thieves denied a refund for something I never used. I would write how I really feel but hey, let's try unconditional love even for those who feel justified theiving.
Do not purchase. It is a shady company out of Eastern Europe. I uploaded and it didn’t work. I’ve emailed them and they haven’t responded.

I was by mistake choosing this app in appstore and realized that when suddenly the only options were to try for free 3 months and then pay for using the app. I did not click on any of the options to pay and immediately closed down that window. But the app was installed on my computer so I immediately deleted it from the computer - but I can NOT find a way to cancel/delete it from the App store! Please help! How do I cancel it? I do not want to pay a cent for this.
There is no mention of the cost in the listing for this app, but when you download it, it asks for $49.99/year or $69.99/Lifetime. All the ad says is “In-App Purchases.” If you’re going to charge to use the app, say so up front.
Very confusing instructions
I requested a refund the same day I mistakenly subscribed. I have yet to receive a refund
I was trying to use this app to secure my google account. As soon as I entered a backup-code, it locked up my passcode so I could no longer use it. *Not actually holding it hostage, but still, it’s charging me full price to get my passwords back.
I can’t figure out how this works. I used it once setting up my facebook and I didn’t know to save the code I got a new phone and can’t cuz the password was saved on the old phone, and now I can’t log in.
