About subscriptions
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Used this app for a year without fail, but then upon upgrading my iPhone the app would not restore itself despite my having paid for a lifetime subscription.   After no response to online emails asking repeatedly for support, I gave up and found another authenticator.

I now HATE this Authenticator with a strong passion now I got a new phone logged back into my apple account downloaded this back so that I can get back into my account on Roblox but when I tried to log in Roblox it says it needs the Authenticator pin so I try and get it and for some apparent reason it isn’t there at all I don’t know why but you guys are seriously the worst authenthicator I’ve used.

I got a new phone and everything transferred over except this app. I cannot log into my business website without it. And I cannot reach anyone for help in disabling my two factor code so that I can actually work in my website. I am losing money every day and cannot see customers orders. I would definitely find an authenticator app that has is there to help you in time of need. Someone you can talk to when you run into real issues --this company is not there to help.

You’ll be charge after 3 day trial for full subscription $39.99 which is not cool at all and I’m not happy with this service. They should’ve warn us again before they charge but no… they’ll fully charge and no refund. So, sad that this app still on the app store. They’ll charge for the people who not aware of this unfair service. I don’t recommend this app for who want to try on but I recommend this app for who willing to pay to them for the service.
