Handy way to interact with customers. One thing that is rather annoying is the inability to copy customers numbers or emails to message, WhatsApp or email them. Please change this.

They take your money for dud leads and charge you for it. Scam calls, etc.

As stated by a review 4years ago the app still have constant errors and you get a notification saying you have a message but the app logs you out and you have no chance in finding it

Still have to log in every day. Been reporting this for 2 plus years and it’s still not fixed.

Can you fix the app? It is 2022. Look at the other reviews dating back to 2017 stating the same issues that are still apparent now.

Need to login everyday, each time require password & verification message. Can’t stay login all time ? Surely can be done. Has been doing for over a year now.

Disappointing app considering how powerful the customer CarSales app is. Constant crashes, constantly forces me to log out, push notifications never work. Has to be manually quit and re opened several times per day. The customer based Carsales app is beautifully designed and works well, is it a different dev team for this app? It’s a slap in the face considering what dealers pay for the Carsales service.

Just doesn’t load. Keeps saying “Try Again”. Sick of this .

Always crashes and often says messages have come through but doesn’t go to prospect directly

Very poor service with many faults and never works a single week without some sort of problem, it’s a real struggle sometimes to workout which leed has messaged and the app is constantly crashing
