Autopay - Park & Charge

Offers no extra functionality over the website. Was hoping for it would support Apple Pay so I could pay for my parking charge (their credit card system is not working again), but nah, they don’t support it.

I only downloaded the app because of a promo for 5 free parking hours. I followed the instructions and signed up for an account during my visit. However when I left 4 hours later, I was asked to pay almost €15. When I contacted support, they said that I had to add my card details and sign up to automatic payments to get the free 5 hours. This wasn’t indicated to me in anyway during the sign-up process. Only in the small text of a sign I saw on my way out of the car park. What’s worse is that when I asked if I could do those steps now, they said that it is too late. Apparently I had no choice but to pay the extra 15 euros. I was eager to give this app a chance as its features sound convenient but I should have listened to the other reviews. Deleted my account and will stick to the other apps and ticket machines in future.

Works fine when there’s a screen when entering garage so I know the parking started. Today I luckily saw a small autopay logo on some sign so I didn’t pay with Parkman and get charged twice. You ABSOLUTELY should add notifications to the app so the customer gets notified when parking starts to avoid this.

€1 per email receipt? Seriously? You’re masters in making money from air! Why is there no Apple Pay in payment options? BTW, why should I type the license plate number every time I want to check unpaid parking? I already added it to my profile.

It's really easy to charge an electric car while parking! The system recognizes the car by itself and all you need to do is to connect the cable to the car.

Parked by Frogner House Apartments 15. februar, then downloaded and registered my user in this autopay app, and could see my active parking in the app. Payment was supposed to be done automatically when driving out. Drove out the same day 5-6 hours later, and now 9 days later I opened the app to get the receipt but it still says active parking and a big accumulated charge (still says to drive out to stop the parking)!! I need to talk to customer service..
