Title is good but support is lacking! A problem sent to support seems to travel around the planet looking for a support team member still awake and not engaged! I did not get an activation code..so cannot add to subscription. Spent hours following guide..but have not yet a reply from a breathing person in support to send me the activation code. So trying this approach! If it gets the code to me..I can come and change this! Then I found they downgraded..nay wiped out the app and replaced the same options into Avast One!

I have sent 2 hours trying to unsubscribe One of several products I have no interest in retaining. The reason is due to having been charged unauthorised transaction via PayPal for an account on 25 April 24 ( $94.99 ) Since the later date other transactions of $4.99 and a further free trial action for $53.99 will be apparently also charged to my account on 28 August 24.

I have the paid version. Traveling around the world. And this thing tells me “Sorry, this product is not supported in your current location “. Good job! Following international SUCKtions! You have sucktions towards me or what? What is the next ? That’s the red line!

I am very pleased with virus protection

Advast has been looking after me since I downloaded the free version. I have discovered that I am covered with what I need tho this may not suit you. Thank you Advast.

Avast are Great apps ..but dont seem to cover everything in one app. But being an idiot from birth, I am confused of what to pay for! Have been using two apps giving, Avast One & Avast Security. I have iPad Air 3 and a mini ipad 2..which like me is getting older and less efficient by the day! My wife also has an iPad, which is her office! I want to block hackers ?? Getting into ipads and wifi…and seeing what where we connect to online ie bank, paying on Amazon and similar! Ditto emails. Pity the build team do not have a forum or option to use messenger to help idiots like me pick the best option… We each have a laptop, not used a lot…but needs similar protection as the iPads! Back to checking info panels on the apps! Sigh…headache coming on! :)

My disappointment at not being able to give this app and company a lower rating than one star on here is only surpassed by my complete and utter disappointment in Avast on every level. From their useless services to their fraudulent billing and their incompetence in customer service. A complete fail. AVOID AT AL COSTS and I mean COSTS literally and figuratively.

Avast is draining my battery it showed it’s 9 hr 2 min usage. Also the premium version has now stopped me searching on Google and the whole app wont respond, I had to uninstall it.

Could be better and have a option for those. On. Welfare pensions etc. but a. Set up that is not process. Hungry. Ie system. Hungry.

Works very well but has 2 problems. 1) the passcode function doesn’t allow you to reset the passcode. 2) the writing to help function doesn’t allow you to send so you can’t talk to them. It’s a pity because other than that it works great.
