В приложение постоянная проблема с точными ценами. В приложении они одни, при переходе на сайт другие. Более того, поставила уведомление на билет, который стоил 50к пришло уведомление, что билет подорожал на 18к, при этом цена осталась такая же 50к. То есть билет должен был стоит 32 тысячи, но этой цены просто не было или она не прогружалась или про грузилась, но уведомление о снижении не пришло.
Короче сервис заявляет, что у них лучшие цены и оказывает сервис по отслеживанию билетов, но по факту это не так. Платформа не отвечает тому сервису, который заявляет.
Билеты которых нет
Нажимаешь поиск билета в течении месяца, выдает результат, нажимаешь на результат и уже найти ничего не получилось. Прошла ровно секунда. Как пользоваться этим сайтом? Скам
Ошибочные цены
В поисковике видишь одну цену, нажимаешь на билет - видишь в два раза дороже! Как пользоваться таким приложением? Бред, только время теряешь на поиск билета, который по итогу по другой цене.
Показывают билеты которых нет
Задолбали показывать билеты, которые невозможно купить. При попытке купить билет, после ввода данных и попытке оплаты, оказывается что такого билета уже нет, либо ценник увеличивается почти в двое. При этом в результатах поиска он продолжает показываться и по прежней цене!
Списали деньги без билета
Все оформил как нужно. Перенаправили на one two trip. Все сделал, нажал оплатить картой. Списали с карты какие-то 1199 рублей и вылезла ошибка. Ни билетов. Ни денег. Хорошо, что не всю сумму списали🥴
Все сломалось
Не работает уже несколько недель, пишет, что отсутствует подключение к интернету. До этого цены выдает предварительно почти всегда неверные. Раньше находило выгодные предложения, сейчас просто билеты найти проблематично - ничего не грузит, обновил - не помогло
Раньше было супер, теперь невозможно использовать
Теперь нет поиска по периоду поездки и гибких дат, остались только точные даты, но по точным датам можно везде искать, теперь смысла в приложении нет
Гибкие даты
Пожалуйста, уберите нейросеть и верните обратно старые гибкие даты. Абсолютно бесполезная функция. Не показывает и половина билетов, что необходимо.
Плохой переход на сайт
При попытки купить билет с айпада идет переход на сторонний сервис через дебильный недобраузер. Почему не открывается сафари???
Убрали гибкие даты из приложения
Заменили выбор гибких дат в приложении на ИИ Гибкие даты, с какой радости ваши аналитики думают, что мне проще написать промт в поле ввода, чем ткнуть две даты непонятно. В веб версии все по старому, поэтому приложения я удаляю, потому что основной поиск моих билетов был через поиск гибких дат, а покупать теперь буду через Т-приложение. Привет аналитикам.
