AWWA Opcert Exam Prep

The price of this service increased 50% on top of becoming a quarterly subscription rather than yearly or lifetime. On I’m ready to pay a premium price for a premium product but there are several things missing: many questions that are either not correct or have synonymous answers. Also there aren’t explanations for all the questions just randomly or only the math ones . It’s still the r best tool on the market (app wise) but the cost isn’t justified.

Correct or incorrect, It would be beneficial to have an explanation of the question and answer, like with the math questions.

Most answers are wrong!!!! I don’t understand why the app get 4.6 stars while all the reviews are one or two stars. $30 for 6 months, trust me, buy something else. Reduce rating from 2 to 1 star. I can give it minus 5 stars if I could!!!!! The more I go through the more wrong answers they are. I have reported a bunch of them, no improvement!!!!

Looking to purchase the subscription to help me get my liscence has there been any improvements? Or am I better off finding my own problems to study?

My biggest issue is the math problems. Seems they round the number to some arbitrary digit and you have to figure out which digit they picked. Example, 15.87 is the found result but in the options you will see 16 and 15.9. Even though 15.9 is more correct, you are still wrong. I don’t operate a surface water treatment plant so the non math questions are kicking my butt.

I’m amazed at how many incorrect answers there are. It’s also odd that there are some explanations that have nothing to do with the presented problem. I’ve literally got the AWWA exam prep book these are pulled from, with the answers in the back. If this was a few bucks, fine. But $30 for a six month subscription with a bunch of wrong answers? Do better.

For the price tag this App has I was expecting more control over which specific Grade level I was testing for it seemed to just give me questions on all levels versus questions specific to what I needed . If your testing for a higher level it’s wasting your time with Grade 1 or 2 review questions and there’s no where in the app to choose what grade level you want to focus on .
