AXS Tickets

Got tickets to an event and was unable to create an account to receive them. Kept getting the ever so helpful “something went wrong” error. I contacted support who took 3 days to respond - three days after the event had already taken place!

Can’t seem to load them for today! Keeps telling me no internet. I have 5g 4 bars!

I’ve been waiting for two hours for my tickets to appear. The event starts in an hour and I still have nothing.

So frustrated trying to sign in, buy tickets and transfer tickets!

just give me a good old printable ticket. You dont need my email, phone number, location, cookies, phone provider, ect Im going to delete my account the so fast when Im done being forced to use this spyware app

This is a SCAM! Doesn’t process multitude of payment cards, fails process of tickets multiple times, website link failures galore! I can’t give 0 or negative rating. If you see a venue using this APP run and save yourself frustration

My tickets show up in the app as $307 USD when I paid $307 CAD. Had to double check my credit card to ensure I hadn’t made an error.

Regardless if I used a promo code for Calgary stampede tickets , I should still be allowed to resell my tickets like everyone else !!!

Purchased tickets to the event literally a year ago and today seven days before the event. I am chasing down to find out why the tickets are not showing up in my account
