AXS Tickets

I would honestly recommend using other sites to buy tickets - I have an AXS account (with £250 credit on it) which I have been unable to access it - the bot chat capability is near useless and there is no other way of contacting support. I might as well have handed £250 to a random stranger in London, gone home, and then come back the next day to look for them !

This error is preventing me from ordering tickets. App gave me a lot of problems when trying transfer tickets for atp finals this year. This server error is yet another issue with AXS service. This does not happen with similar providers.

Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We made contact via email and gave all details that we had, we were asked for a reference number, we do not have a reference number and we showed this on emails etc with screenshots. We are still waiting on a response over a week later. So I tried calling today only for the automated voice to tell me that they wouldn’t connect me due to high call volume, but gave no option to receive a call back, instead telling me I’ll be charged for the call anyway. If I could give you 0 stars I would.

App said tickets would be available in hours. It’s been 2 weeks now. Tickets not yet in my app.

AXS logged me out as I was preparing to purchase a ticket. I logged in with the correct username and password, and received error messages that one or the other were invalid. Lost the ticket due to time, and now the show is sold out. This is as reliable as Ticketmaster (and that’s not a compliment).

Bought a ticket well over 39 days in advance just to have it refunded with out notice. Checked in to it and this company does it all the time with out explanation or with made up excuses. Shame since this has also impacted my views of the artist and venue since this is the type of company that chose to do business with…would rather pay the fees with ticket master at least I’ll see the shows I pay for.

It always thinks I’m a boy so I can’t buy tickets, even though I only try 1-2x/year. No one to help…

Purchased tickets do not show up unless you open the app, turn off WiFi, close the app, turn on WiFi, then turn the app back on. It took me 11 chats to find out. But now it works!!!

App not very user friendly. Should have a log in block up front. Have to search for it.
