Still unable to log in

The update now sends a text message and then doesn’t allow sign in.

Love this app.

Expired without warning, didn’t last 6 months!!

The app just doesn’t work been trying to log in all weekend and never get sent the messages, then all of a sudden you get loads through. Not very good!!!

Tried to log in and use app but it keeps asking me to use biometric log in while also logging me out of the app. Can’t even get into it. So broken.

Utterly garbage app. Can’t even get it to send a code to my phone without having to phone Support first. Biometrics don’t work. Spent my balance in one go just so I don’t have to use this terrible app ever again.

Biometrics don’t work despite being ticked. When I then enter login info, it disappears and I have to do a trick I learned to get it to register that. Sort it out. It’s a bit pathetic.

Same issue as others have commented. For some reason the login details are wiped Rachel time I come out of the app. And the biometric login doesn’t work. Not sure if this was an update gone wrong

I have to put in my UN and PW each time I open the app. I have “Use biometrics” ticked, yet on the login screen, clicking “Use Face ID” doesn’t do anything. Please sort this out. This is time consuming and frustrating.
