Mit BA-mobil können Sie jederzeit auf ausgewählte Funktionen Ihres Online-Profils zugreifen.

Sie sind arbeitslos oder arbeitsuchend gemeldet?

Sie haben für Ihr Kundenkonto bei der Bundesagentur für Arbeit bereits Zugangsdaten vorliegen?

Sie haben eine persönliche Ansprechperson?

Dann können Sie sich MIT IHREN ZUGANGSDATEN in BA-mobil ANMELDEN. Benutzername und Passwort kennen Sie bereits von der Homepage der Bundesagentur für Arbeit: www.arbeitsagentur.de

Ich kann die App leider nicht nutzen, da ich direkt nach Eingabe meiner Anmeldedaten auf eine 404 Fehlerseite geleitet werde und dann nichts mehr machen kann. Über den Browser kann ich mich problemlos in meinen Account einloggen, aber über die App geht’s leider nicht.

Leider funktioniert die App überhaupt nicht so wie sie soll. Nachrichten können nicht gesendet werden. Es können keine Anhänge versendet werden. Nachrichten können nicht als Entwurf gespeichert werden. Bei allem!!! taucht eine Fehlermeldung auf. Die App ist lediglich gut um zu sehen, wann man einen Termin bei der BA hat (das tut mein Taschenkalender und der Kalender auf dem Smartphone auch). Das war‘s!
Leider muss ich noch für jede Kleinigkeit den Weg zur Agentur.
