I love this app. If this application support to connect system dictionary with long tapping any words, it would be the best German studying tool. Many times I need to search words’ meaning in example sentences while I’m studying. I don’t want to get the meaning outside this app. Maybe lots of students struggled with this problem. It’s to hassle process for student.
At first, I paid for a month, but it was blocked because I couldn't take the class. So the next day, I paid for my 3 month subscription again. Please refund the subscription fee I paid for a month.

Do I have to pay for this app? Can I always use this for free?
I want to get refund but online support always offline never works. Even if your terms and conditions says that after paying for auto renewal subscription you will not refund but for that you should sent me email before renewal, but didn’t informed me, after payment informed me that renewed. And right after cancellation I cannot use service but will not refund money? It doesn’t make sense, same as fraud. It violates the rights of consumers. Many states, the U.S. federal government, and the EU have enacted laws governing auto-renewal offerings in an attempt to reduce this misjudgment. Late last year, the FTC warned in an enforcement policy letter and press release that it would increase its enforcement activity against illegal dark patterns (i.e., deceptive auto-renewal offerings). Auto-renewal laws generally compel companies to clearly and conspicuously notify consumers about what they are signing up for, obtain consumers’ affirmative consent to subscribe, provide an order acknowledgment, send a reminder notice (in some cases), and facilitate easy cancellation.

Why did you charge me 55 USD when I dont even use your application?? I downloaded this app through itunes long time ago, canceled all the subscriptions and never used it. But this month I was charged not even through itunes but directly from your website??! I never registered my credit card on your website! How do i get refund?? Is this a scam or what??!
