Trying to book before bumaba ng kanto while riding a cab, app says no rider available. Pagkababa ng kanto ang daming riders na nakatambay doon na nakauniform. Tapos bago pa magbbook doon using their device??? SUPER HASSLE. Tapos yung nasakyan ko 20 lang ang takbo??? 2 beses na ako nagsabi na pakibilisan ng onti??? Kaya ka nga nagbabayad ng extra para mas mabilis kesa sa regular tricycle pero late pa rin ako. I have my own vehicle and alam ko na wala pang 10 mins from kanto to my destination, makakarating na ako tapos yung sinakyan ko na driver almost 20 mins??? Tapos paano ako magrrate ng driver nyan???

Very not convenient for those who don’t have online banking apps.

Booked a backride tricycle from the airport to Irawan but the system/app keep failing and loading… so I thought I can’t book and switch to normal way and hail a tricycle instead. Until someone shouting my name and looking for me, it was the backride tricycle booked daw for me. But the app doesn’t show that I have booked a ride it just keeps on loading and lagging. Such a disappointment and headache. I almost lost a ride with this. This happened twice one with a motorcycle.
