It is one of the slowest apps I have ever used. I understand the need for it for notes etc but for personal use to check on appointments/ discussions that happened/ basically review my notes it’s not ideal. The length of time it takes to open up and move around in is ridiculous it is not well organised to scroll through, there is no clear order. I really don’t like the layout of it at all.

App won’t even let me on it just keeps crashing I’ve contacted them directly too be told there’s no issues. Looking at the recent reviews there clearly is. Developers look at what your users are saying!

I’ve had so much stress trying to work around this app. Getting it set up in the first place was an uphill struggle, linking it to my NHS account it said my information didn’t match my care provider when it was all correct.

Now it has logged me out and refuses to let me back in claiming I have no account and to set up another despite having actually logged in a day prior and having looked through appointments etc. It is asking me to make an account but my code is now invalid. 
I’m beginning to wonder if the app is worth the stress. I had paper with my first baby and with the second I wonder if I should even bother and just note appointments on my calendar and ignore the app.

Defeats the point in what it is intended for and not convenient in any way.

Getting assistance from health care providers in these things is impossible at the best of times.

In 2 pregnancies, I have never had any of my test results published on the app. It’s buggy and slow. It offers feedback with a website link. This is not clickable and also you cannot view the whole link. It’s quite literally just for appointments which can be done via email. 

If I had the option to not use the app, I’d save my storage

Had multiple growth scans due to a smaller baby. My chart hasn’t updated with any of my scans so cannot access to review myself at home. Also not sure where to find note from doctor about consultations etc or if they even update on here.

Appointments get uploaded then they come up as cancelled but are not cancelled, blood results etc never seem to get published and it’s a mission to actually get your results as you get told we will update app today but they never update it. It just causes nothing but stress. Sometimes you can’t even get on to the app as there’s a error or it just continually shows a loading sign and then there’s the constant notifications for the same thing over and over again multiple times a day. I can’t wait to delete this app it’s a shambles.
